Commercial Terms
1. BOOKING
Bookings can be made via the contact form or via direct email at info@antiparosexperiences.com. Please include the tour title, date, and number of guests. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. PAYMENT
Full payment is required to confirm all bookings and must be received no later than 11:59 PM (EEST) 8 days prior to the experience date. For bookings made within 7 days of the experience, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Example: For an experience booked on a Saturday, payment must be received by 11:59 PM (EEST) on the Friday of the preceding week.
- Bank transfer expenses are the responsibility of the payer.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations requested in writing (via email) will be processed as follows:
- Full Refund: For cancellations received up to 8 days prior to the experience date. The deadline for a full refund is 11:59 PM (EEST) 8 days before the scheduled tour.
- Non-Refundable: Cancellations received within the 7 days leading up to the experience date (including the date of the tour) are non-refundable. The same applies to no-shows.
- Example: For an experience on a Saturday, the free cancellation period ends at 11:59 PM (EEST) on the Friday of the preceding week. Any cancellation requested from Saturday morning onwards (7 days before the tour) is non-refundable
- Operator Cancellation: In the event a tour is cancelled by Antiparos Experiences due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered the alternative tour as stated in the tour description or a full refund.
